2015 April Tzu Ching Humanities Seminar
This April, the national Tzu Ching Humanities Seminar was held at Dirkie Uys Primary School in Durban, spanning from the 3rd-6th April 2015. We were host to approximately 70 students, with a large number of participants being from a relatively young age group. This year, Tzu Ching wanted to emphasize the strength, dedication and power of the youth and how we have the potential to rise and become superheroes within our communities.

The "Sprout Bursary Project" in Tzu Chi RSA

Local volunteers in Gauteng - December Report
Part 1 - Community Outreach
On the 23rd December 2014, Tzu Chi volunteers, Felize Mazibuko, Nelisiwe Sithebe, Thandeka Mabizela and Newman Nkosi, decided to lend a helping towards the disadvantaged within their communities, such as the unemployed as well as families without breadwinners. The volunteers wanted to gift these families with the experience of a prosperous and happy Christmas by providing relief in the form of love and care as well as distributing rice to curb any hunger strikes during the holiday season.
