Today we visited the Tusong Center, the children were so happy to see us, they were singing at the top of their lungs & express their happiness by dancing, in order  to welcome us. The Tzu-Chings very soon joined the sing-along, and also adding in some of the song we learnt from Tzu Chi as well as some sign languages, unfortunately the support group who were suppose to be there to meet us were absent.

Today’s session focuses on “Giving”, to be able to share what you have, is a privilege. We showed the children the act of giving, by handing only some of them sweets, so that the children with sweets can share what they have to others, everyone felt really warm in heart afterward.

On the same day, we also visited Limitile Primary School. One of the personnel Miss Hlatshwayo invited us to visit an area called “Mkhukhwini”, which in our language, describes how the area was build:
There are total of 10 family all live in this small area, although today when we visited, there were only 1 family present, the others are not available for further interview, but from what we can gather, the 10 families living here don’t have any electricity nor toilet facility, the only water source is from a distanced river, at the very moment, we have decided to give them 5 bags of Taiwan Rice so that they can temporary be feed, and we will take this case back to our meeting, in order to see if we are able / how can we in future to assist them further.
